Brett Lee would be England's best one day bowler ever let alone the second rate hacks they have playing at the moment.
One of the best ODI bowlers of all time, people often compare his test stats but in terms of white ball cricket he was a legend. Akhtar was on steroids and was in the news for genital herpes etc. Lee was a clean fast bowler :moustache:

I had a laugh at the start of the game when Ian Bishop praised the West Indian bowlers for their "clever" tactic of bowling short balls. Is he kidding me? That's been West Indies' tactics in every game they've played since the mid 1970s. :)

Seriously, could barely hear the TMS commentators over the bat-guitar.
It's driven me away from basketball, it's driving me away from football, now it looks like cricket's trying to alienate me as well. If I wanted to hear loud music, I'd go to a rock concert, I don't need it when trying to watch sport.

With injuries to Morgan and Roy the craziness of England only selecting 5 specialist batsmen for this tournament looks...crazy.

If they were both injured for the next game they'd have to play with 3 batsmen, no doubt shoehorn Moeen in at 4, rely on Vince at 3 and have 7 bowlers or 8 if they give Root another bowl.

Bugger me I'd have selected 6, and one would have been Hales.
