Is that the Josh Dunkley we could have drafted instead of C.Ellis. Cringe. 17 tackles. Could use a bit of that...
I reckon Ellis will end up the better player. Dunkley has inherited his old mans kicking skills. Ellis still has a fair way to go physically whilst Dunkley is already a big unit.

Good numbers for Chol - 16 possessions and 9 marks. Looking forward to reading his write up, he seemed to plateau mid season after a good start. If he can continue to get those numbers maybe a sneaky chance to be elevated before the end of the season.

Looks like Chappy and Maric cant get to the finishing line quickly enough. Both well and truly cooked.

McRae's review
Marcon got coaches player of the round . "Playing above the level"
Butler got a big wrap best game of the year and tenacious as a small forward
Chol and Moore showing AFL traits
Bulldogs kicked 9 goals from our turnovers (common Stat for all Richmond games)

Did Soldo sustain an injury as his numbers were low?
Think Ivan is doing the bulk of the rucking.
We probably should be gIving Soldo more time in the ruck, but it's a hard one, Ivan's been such a great servant and is probably still the better VFL performer.

With Ivan hanging up the boots, Vickery or Bean possibly moving on and Soldo still very much a project how many ruckman do we need to draft/trade for ?

Wonder if in 2 years our Chol will be playing like alliir alliir did last Friday night against geelong. Still playing for us of course

At least two

where we at with upgrading another rookie ? can we do it without an injury upgrade.
Currently you've only got Jayden Short upgraded for Kamdyn McIntosh. Presently you've got another 2 players on LTI that can be used for promotions (McKenzie and Houli - though Houli will be off in a week or 2), plus you can also upgrade a rookie via the mid-season rookie rule. On top of that there is Morris who can go on LTI to open up a 3rd spot for the remainder of the season.

Bottom line, you've definitely got room to upgrade Chol and Marcon and if you wanted to have a look at either Callum Moore or Soldo before the end of the year, you've got the opportunity to do so.
