Geez he looks primed for this year. Was sensational in JLT and backed it up in round 1, the aggression and ball hunting kept us ticking over in the 2nd and third, while some pretty much everyone else was trying to figure out how to get going again.

The transformation from the "I must be perfect young bloke who was not quite ready to captain" to the undisputed best captain in the game is fascinating and remarkable.
I can still recall a game against Hawthorn at their peak and we won very easily, the beginning of the end of the Hawthorn dominance over us. Cotch got very aggressive and in the face of Lewis, Hodge and co and Mitchell just smirked at him, who does he think he is type of look.
Since that day he's grown and grown and so have the Tigers, he's a Richmond Great!

Yep gonna sit comfortably next to the absolute legends of the club when all is said and done.
