Not looking too stable at the minute though.Successful on and off the field with a stable board. There haven't been many questions to ask recently.
A few more questions now, for sure.

Funny how so many are quick to blame a pioneering woman. What did she do that was so wrong? Did anyone at Hawthorn at any point in her short stay give her any constructive criticism? If so, did she ignore it?
What did they see in her that made her worthy of the job? And how did it disappear irredeemably in such a short space of time?
Was it really some big failing on her behalf or did they just appoint a woman for the sake of it with a plan to get rid of her ASAP and then blame her while patting themselves on the back for their feminism?
Probably the fact that she came from outside the football world with a fresh pair of eyes and wasn't part of the boys club.. oh wait. What did they see in her that made her worthy of the job?

President is about to be sacked as well
I doubt that her hiring or sacking was to do with gender.
More likely they thought she was the best candidate for the job and then she wasn't up to it.
She will be ALL OVER THIS!I won't know what to think about this until Caroline Wilson tells me.
Hiring it would've been a factor, sacking definitely not.
if anything it would have made her nigh-unsackable even if she was completely sidelined. She must have been really bad.
Always a go to for them when they fall in a holeMaybe she wanted to merge with Melbourne
I hope this dude got one of those free Dusty haircuts they were giving outI've got just the thing.

Like Bruce Stevenson you mean?Notice you didn't put up ... you'd expect any supporters on the board could follow her out. That's how such things play out.
Always a go to for them when they fall in a hole
After hawthorn were rejected for an AFLW team, a week later they sack her. I don't think that's a coincidence...

Cut and dried ruthlessness can be good for a club, but there's a fine line. Overt ruthlessness brought the Tigers down for nigh on 40 years. HFC better tread carefullyRuthless on and off field that's why we have an unbelievable average since 1961, a premiership every 4.3 years. Clarko will get another one.
Blues are lining up too.Nah we've got that covered comfortably at the Bombers...
