Brander -> Geelong
Constable -> Carlton
SPS -> West Coast

Add draft picks in to balance as needed

Im not sure if carlton will want another inside mid with hewett coming. Whats probably more likely is we trade a R3 or so pick for brander which then gets forwarded to carlton for SPS (minor draft pick swaps to balance if needed). Id expect we ask about brander again especially if kreuger goes.

Highly doubt Carlton would have any interest in Constable. Brander would make more sense as a swingman/backup big who still has scope for improvement, no need to include Geelong.

Cartlon
Give: 6, SPS
Get: Cerra

Freo
Give: Cerra
Get: 6, Clark

Geelong
Give: Clark
Get: Brander

West Coast
Give: Brander
Get: SPS

Plus and exchange of 3rd/4th round picks where needed

We would want more than brander for a contracted clark and realistically cerra is worth more than 6 and SPS.

Add in carltons R2, send that to geelong, and geelongs R3 back to carlton (possibly late pick swaps to freo also if needed) and its more equitable imo.

Keep hearing straight swap talk but why the fu** would Carlton want Brander? Wouldn't start for them at either end.

Because Plowman is really, really bad in defense and Brander can swing either end. Marchbank isnt much better. Both 193 cm 3rd tall defenders.

In another 12 months McGovern will be shown the door as well, a 3rd tall forward.

So that's 3 players at the Blues Brander could take spots off.

Doubt WC would do it but SPS and 25 for 29 and 35

I think that might work and could be a route to confirm Cerra with 6 29 35 values him around 2 - Freo than can split 6 or 8 and bundle 29 & 35 to get the right WA kids. Just not sure Blues would do it.
