If dogs kill ninja, dogs and kern both die, Tarks win.

Only one of you/Kern would die because the Wolf wouldn’t submit a kill in that situation either.

If it's the latter, if the last good was you then you would decide the winner between Wolves and Mafia, but if the last good was Dogs he would side with the Wolf and I guess the Wolves and Village would stalemate.
