Agree with everything but the overhead part. Also I'm not sure he could play Fisher's current role. That's his biggest weakness gets outmarked far too often, which isn't a surprise or his fault given his height, but still a problem. If you're his height you really have to be exceptional at something to last in the system. Time will tell.
I've seen him fly for marks and land athletic spoils to break up play, so while his height isn't ideal, his athleticism and read is fine.

Fisher on the other hand is infamous for his lack of impact in the air. He's a relative of Dennis Armfield and it shows.

Aside from a late change of the direction of a pass by foot, it really is a case of anything Fisher can do, Durds can do better.
