And it’s working. This is what Lab does when he bats long.

Yeah working atm with head batting well at the other end

but this is not what labs does when batting long...he gets singles and rotates the strike when in form

he is fighting but this is danger time for him...fingers crossed he gets through this period as trav is batting well

Possibly, but I was responding to Test cricket conditions. No way was Roberts bowling that fast in the Tests I watched.

He was a thoughtful bowler who used his swing and two differently paced bouncers to nail batsmen.

I was too young to remember Roberts bowling but by all accounts he had a normal pace bouncer and he had a quicker bouncer that did the damage.

Yeah, and in Test cricket you can afford lean periods here and there if you cash in at other times. Not too much of course, but here and there it's fine, plenty of time
