Tbh i kinda feel bad for North that was probably the worst we have played in a very long time Bice/Melican were a comedy act

Midfield disappeared all on Heeney again to carry us, so many missed tackles Stephens shrugged a few.

15.2 essentially won us the game

Backline is a serious concern no way we can go into a final with Bice/Melican/Lloyd.

Difference is we had a mare but won by kicking over 100 again so thats a positive but we nearly conceded 100 in multiple weeks thats bad.

Mids need a rocket. Two weeks in a row they've been beaten comfortably, especially out of the centre bounce and then following it up with incredibly poor work rates.

We have a lot of fantastic footballers, but their football IQ is shockingly low at times. Continuing with the corridor handballs for a long time while North kept shutting it down was mindnumbing.

Need McCartin back to get our defensive structure back, without him, Serong, Gulden and Curnow we're probably playing like a mid-table team rather than a premiership contender at the moment.

Swans did just enough to win , which was pleasing considering the outs. Not overly concerned with the defensive issues just yet, some key outs returning should fix that.
Midfield is more of a concern imo , they need to work both ways not just in attack.

The 4 points are nice but we are deluding ourselves if we think that performance was good enough.

I am also glad that most people on this board who used to say "take the 4 points, that is all that matters" have basically stopped doing that these days as it has been proven too many times that if a team keeps putting in performances like that then those performances can suddenly appear in a Grand Final and a better team would take full advantage.

Norf playing up or down the oppositions team level this season, wasnt surprised that this was potentially a trap game.

They were in it against the Lions and Cats as well before they ran away with it in the 4th.

Injuries dont help either but we bank the 4 points.
