I would have loved to have watched that, watching him beat Sinner isn't as much fun.
Or…Medvedev is changing directions beautifully, serving well, putting pressure on 2nd serve. He’s locked in, not missing, hitting with depth and angles. But of course, Jannik is nervous...

Hate to be a pessimist but if Medvedev is able to sustain this level I can't see Sinner taking a set off him let alone three. Some insane play from Daniil early

I was thinking the exact same thing - just feels like De Minaur against a top-10 player. Just doesn't have the aggressiveness so far to get over the line in big points

Novak probably didn't do his homework Medvedev has. He is the mathematician of the tour. Danill has changed up his game plan. Great first set. Danill up at the net, fantastic to see.

Sinner had one of those days on serve and Novak couldn’t serve the whole tournament despite what everyone on here was telling me. His forehand was utterly pathetic too

He spoke in an interview yesterday about how his daughter lost her first tooth and that he wasnt there for it, and how his wife was having a harder than usual time with him being away this open, makes you wonder if that was weighing him down in the semi.

Sinner couldn't miss a shot vs Djokovic but this performance has shown that was a fluke. He's a prick for performing above his normal performance ruining the final for neutrals
