I don’t hear ST KILDA, BULLDOGS, NORTH MELB fans complaining about the lack of mcg exposure (play 1/2 games a year)

To a lesser extent Essendon and Carlton fans.

But since 2000, only Essendon and bulldogs are the only etihad tenants to win premierships, but Essendon did play their fair share of games at the MCG.

Glad the 2015 EF was played at the MCG. Etihad is a shitty little toy ground not deserving of hosting showcase finals. We came up short that night but have been unbeaten at the MCG ever since - good teams find a way to win consistently at the home of finals footy.

If a higher ranking team plays an mcg tenant at the g in a final - the g’s dimensions should be changed as much as practicable to resemble the home ground of the higher ranked team.


This is the lowest of low hanging fruit - its a few lines on grass - its piss easy and it means your style of play doesnt gave to change - the mcg tenants does.

There are 8 non-Victorian teams in the competition, basic maths says that they should win more flags than the 3 or 4 Etihad tenant teams.

He was striking players in the throat, which actually did happen, unlikely everything you said about Toby. He kicked no one in the face clearly. No one has even claimed he spat on a player before to my knowlege, there is video. Not sure about the elbowing in the back of the head, dont know what your tapjing about there.

How did it rob St Kilda of a flag? From memory they played the MCG quite well in their periods of dominance (09/10). Winning 4 of 7 finals there. And also the Drawn GF of course. That's 5 out of the 7 that they didn't lose. Hardly robbed.

As for the dogs they were never the best team in those periods. They were always behind Collingwood, Geelong and the Saints.

i know its silly to say in hindsight , but you never know if they had more exposure they may have won 1

Pretty certain assault is a criminal offence, of which Toby Greene pleaded guilty.
