They mean Burton, a career like Sam's, however....
Thanks. I'd genuinely forgotten Burton wore #5.

Hurley is a dum cluck, tried to shepherd
Yes.I know he's a big courageous lad, but does he have that bit of Hodge/Lewis mongrel in him too?
Tripped on a syringeHurley took a massive dive
Is it just me or are people getting a little bit to excited over an 11 gamer who has shown potential? IMO a two year signing is promising but hardly abnormal.
Burton aside, he's probably been our brightest prospect for a long time. A young, talented kid who we drafted (and didn't trade in from another club) gets supporters excited about him being one of ours.Is it just me or are people getting a little bit to excited over an 11 gamer who has shown potential? 44 games in and I am extremely excited about Hardwick. High finish in the B&F, consistent, hard and reliable. The Worpel hype reminds me a bit of the Jed Anderson frothing.*cough* Hardwick *cough*
Yep, true. Small back pocket players less exciting/sexy than a bull mid.*cough* Hardwick *cough*
Brilliant signing... Only thing is I wish we had of signed him for 4 years, he is a genuine chance to captain the club one day.
No way, Hardwick must have played at least 300 games by now. No player is that composed pre 50-100 game mark.44 games in and I am extremely excited about Hardwick. High finish in the B&F, consistent, hard and reliable. The Worpel hype reminds me a bit of the Jed Anderson frothing.
3 years is plenty......4 years for really special casesI would also hope that we no longer sign young promising players to long term contracts too readily, particularly following the Langford debacle.
