Yeh no. If they did they would have accepted our next years first instead of #6, which we offered and they declined.
The swap of seconds was to get us a better pick because just #6 was too much for us.

Thanks for actually putting in some effort to a counter argument.

The biggest gripe is he only finds the ball and shows elite clearance and burst from stoppages in the first half of a season before going into the medical room. If he could stay in the park a full year then yea sure 6 would be fair. But 3 years in a row now he hasnt been able to play a full season. So to steal a line from a gc poster why should we take all the risk?

Everyone can tackle. Its not hard. What our coach has come out and said in regards to this is a whole other argument. Tackles we need to fix. But just cos he can tackle doesnt increase his value. Everyone can tackle. Grigg tackles lol.

Edit: as for stats, its fun comparing bellis and prestia on footy wire just fyi..
