Today emphasised that it really is a long season. Sure, we were coming off a 6 day break but most the guys looked buggered, even though it's only 9 games in.

I do because especially under Longmire it kept happening. The amount of times we got around 30 or 40 points up and took our foot off the oppositions neck was way too high and showed a lack of killer instinct in the Swans team as a whole.

I always ask myself "Is that what Geelong in 2007 would have done" and the answer is always no. They were ruthless, they didn't just want to win by 30 points, they wanted to win by 100 points every single game.

You cant magically pull players out of thin air and create depth like the Lions have.

it is what it is with our team we need luck and minimal injuries its just reality of the squad we are top heavy with talent but it drops off considerably if they are missing.
