Umpires missed clear edges before technology. A hell of a lot.Why are umpires not giving clear edges? a symptom of technology is losing ya balls I guess
FFS all the talk of the crap (non) review which it was, what about the incompetence of the umpire not giving it out?
Even if they do, they weren't overturned, in this case. They'd have to keep track of all of the broadcast "overturns", not just the reviewed ones, which I doubt they would.Apparently Cricinfo keeps a tally of overturned decisions by the umpires during a test. The tally will be worth following with Joel Wilson and Nitin Menon officiating. Menon has got two wrong already.
There we go!
Why?Just pointing it out mate.
They seem more gutless now thoughUmpires missed clear edges before technology. A hell of a lot.
That LBW never looked out. Surprised by ball tracking there

Huge sample. Nice.Indian umpire in the last test was also s**t. Pattern developing.
Cricket is as much a psychological game as it is a physical-technique-based game... How the Aussie team respond to that first over's debacle will define how this first session goes.
