There wont be a thrashing, it is a total danger game!! Hawks in Tasmania grow an extra leg...and know the conditions much better than us. Hopeful we will win, but honestly wouldnt be surprised with a Hawks victory by less than 2 goals...

When was the last time we won in Tassie? I’ll take a 1 point win.
Won twice in 9 attempts. thought I recall heard it was something ridiculous like 2005 as our last win but happy to be corrected

often windy, colder and rainy. At least no,rain today so hopefully not a complete slogfest.

if we win at 4-2 there is no better time to play the Pies after ANzAC day with 5 day break back at AO

The last three weeks have been great but it's pretty fragile at the moment

A loss today would dissolve every ounce of confidence us fans have acquired over the last 3 weeks

We should win

Our reserves should beat Centrals

Red guernsey today?
Great to see the club (Silvers email to fans) about using last weeks guernsey again late in the year vs Lions.

Is there any reason we can’t use it for all away games? looked great and much better than a predominantly
white or red (even though Craigy quoted global statistics showing red “blood” guernseys are statistically more successful in most sports haha) and would make a far superior option IMO

So, NOT Sleepless in Seattle, Stephen? :sneaky:
How about you, AmericanCrow ??

I'm hoping for a 15+ goals win, like the awesome hammering handed out to the Swans last night by Geelong.

Form suggests the Crows should win by about 5 or 6 goals, backed by stats about points-FOR/AGAINST and other factors that have the Crows in the Top 6 of teams
BUT
the Crows have got to be switched on, start strong, resist fightbacks and keep kicking straight.

However, {hoping + should + play like last 3 weeks} don't always = a win, which is my Post-2017 Depression kicking in.
So many games are won by factors between the ears translating to performance on the day. We'll know by about 3p.m.

I'm excited to see how the Crows play away against a team they're expected to beat, but I am cautious.nervous too.

Anyone know the best pub to watch the game in Mount Gambier?

Jen’s has a decent sports bar with a few screens and TAB. The globe is next door and they have a big screen, but they turn us off if there’s a couple of vic teams playing at the same time. We’re in Beachport for the weekend, enjoy the Mount. The Park has an old style front bar and regulars, it’s pretty good too. I don’t know much about the eastern pubs, but I think The Eastern has a sports bar too.
