I bought a pressure cooker / rice cooker so I've been making my own rice with various flavours. I'd imagine it's basically the same thing, with extra steps

If I had my way:
1. No meetings called unless there is a genuine problem to be discussed
2. Anyone who has a genuine problem must present a potential solution at the same time
3. Anyone who violates one of these sacred tenets loses the privilege of calling meetings and must find someone else to sponsor it
4. Anyone who sponsors a meeting that breaks #1 or #2 will also lose meeting privileges

4. I'd break 1 & 2 ASAP.
