They should do away with divisions for the playoffs.

Yeah a team 4-6 with a points differential of -48 and in the worst division should not be even in the playoffs.

The XFL last year started immediately after the Superbowl, so interest in it just followed on.

The Usfl started much later, and with the change of weather interest waned.

Would prefer the new league to begin at the start of March.

Id start the rest week between the conference games and Superbowl. Probowl isn't football at all, then a bye week for the Superbowl and you're off after that
