We often see them take inside midfielders and use them outside in the SANFL to make them more well rounded, so maybe they're doing that (or think they are) but at AFL level with Hately being a winger?

I'm much of muchness on McHenry or Shoenberg, but Schoenberg probably won't get any inside minutes if he plays, so McHenry rounds it out a bit better being able to play as a winger.

If he’s playing SANFL then that’s another step forward. Problem is that mostly they’re followed by 2 back. Like pushing the Berry/Hately minutes out of the midfield to get a poor version of Matt Crouch back in.
