I think they take it in turns. From memory Rogers and Warner did the same thing.
This game has been much improved after his last, which was hist first test after a long lay off. First innings in this game his figures were second best after Lyon.

He's numbers are a bit skewed because he started his career so early. Took 40 wickets @ 42.8 in the first 4 years of his career. Since the start of 2012 he has 123 wickets @ 29.22 which is more reflective of his ability IMO. However he is averaging 41 since the start of 2015. Has lost his form a little bit.

Hard to say. Siddle has made a pretty good case for being the "older head" about the quicks to keep things steady when it gets difficult. Starc is a walk up (debatable) when fit so Bird may fall by the wayside through no real fault.
