If it's the meeting at Ed Curnows place that everyone seems to be talking about, Charlie said on fox last night that there wasn't much talk about footy - more about friendships and goals. He also said there were way too many pizzas eaten.

I know everyone wants to just pinpoint one thing but it might be just as simple as getting Martin, Cuningham, Fogarty, Boyd, Marchbank and those types back from long term injuries which bought a bit of pace and tackling pressure into the team. Add to Cripps and Walsh getting over injuries (till Walsh was injured again) and the team has a new look about it.

But it's sure as **** better place now than where have been not just 6-7 weeks ago, but in the last 10 years.

It actually helps seeing opposition fans start to hate us again instead of pitying us !!!

Also am delighted Michael Voss is proving his haters and detractors wrong.

He has Carlton playing the best, most committed and hard working brand of footy since David Parkin
