What's not classy? Perth is a cesspit of drugs and alcohol fuelled violence.
Making me bloody homesick.

09% of the time huh?
Nobody's making a fuss. He fell over, hit his head and now the media's going nuts over it. But feel free to ignore those facts for your little personal attack/rant.Yeah, I really don't know what all the fuss is about. Yes the guy was a great footballer but at the end of the day he is or was a self confessed drug addict. Regardless of how the media has written the story he is no role model for my kids!
Must have been such a hard life to deal with, being so good at football, good looking man who probably could have any girl he wanted, more money than he knew what to do with, gee, would drive anyone to drugs.
Such is life Ben....Get over it! You made your bed now lay in the thing!
What are the stats for clean healthy 33 year olds just "falling over" at a drug rehab facility, so badly they need to be hospitalised, without having drugs in their system at the time?
Is Cousins really that clumsy?
The news came amid unconfirmed reports the confessed drug addict had again sought help at a specialist Perth clinic that treats drug addiction and psychological problems.
It was reported the 33-year-old hit his head and possibly the floor during a fall at the centre.
The incident left him with injuries to his neck and head, it was reported on thewest.com.au.
His condition at Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital was last night described as stable.
There's far too much "allusion" in that article for my liking. It presents in the standard form that catches the attention of the emotional reactionary, atypical, mainstream media adherent.Services, Facilities and Training:

Hope he's alright, similar thing happened to Josh Gibson a few years back, pretty sure it was at his house though.
Just a bit off topic, why did he move back to Perth? Melbourne seemed to have settled him, a lot.
I'm surprised News Ltd journos had any doubt about the story as they've probably had his phone hacked for years.
(See how easy it is to run an unsubstantiated smear on the basis of previous truth)
Dunno.
However I do know of some stats relating to the levels of sensationalised, stereotypical crap reported in the mainstream media in relation to drugs.
For starters The Sir Charles Gardiner Hospital does in fact contain an alcohol and drug service programs.
It also contains:

Former West Coast Eagles star Ben Cousins is in hospital after apparently falling and hitting his head.
A Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital spokeswoman said the 33-year-old was in a stable condition after being admitted yesterday.
It is being reported that Cousins injured himself at a private psychiatric hospital in West Leederville. The hospital would not comment.

pretty sure he wouldn't consider himself a role model for your rugrats, and even more sure he didn't write any of this story himself either

Slipped on water - what's your scenario
The private psychiatric hospital /drug clinic he fell at does not contain a trauma department. He was transferred to the hospital after the incident.
You havent disproved anything.
self harm
Source!
Yer your right, that's probably how I would elect to hurt myself - pretty common practice.
Calling me a liar?
The very same article you refer to
He fell at a clinic and is now in hospital.
Nowhere was it implied that the clinic was in the hospital.
Heres another source that repeats exactly what I said

I dont need to prove anything. I will draw conclusions based on evidence available.
His track record speaks for himself, and a relapse of some decription is a million times more likely than an unfortunate innocent mishap, where he just happened to be visting somebody and just happened to slip over so badly that he injured his head and neck.
Those who want to believe in the tooth fairy are welcome to assume Cousins was just unlucky.
