My understanding was as a Cat B he needed someone else officially added to the LTI list to be able to play seniors, but Dunn is the only player we have on that list.

That's not my point. Players still have to be officially placed on the LTI list and advise the AFL in doing so for Cat Bs to be temporarily elevated.
