Think my eldest did her ACL today in the WAFLW just after her shoulder surgery August 2023.

Very drained and emotional afternoon here.

She was on fire early as well… Will know by Tuesday I believe, scans tomorrow.

We’re all gutted for her.

Geez, that sounds horrible. Hope she’s doing ok.

There’s any number of AFLW players that have come back from ACLs. Wakfer did one before she got drafted and came back to lead the ruck last season. Gibson did one a couple of years ago and then was our leading goalscorer last year. So as bad as it is, there’s a passage through.

Yeah I believe so. She’ll be in and around the team 100%

I want to buy Mum a new TV and set her up with a few different streaming service (namely Kayo and Binge as she already is used to an old school foxtel box). She isn't the super sharpest when it comes to organising new technologies.

Has anyone tried the new Hubbl Glass TV thing and is it worth it, or am I better off just getting a chromecast and spending a few hours setting it up with dedicated email/usernames.

If we do go a chromecast/firestick etc.... path which one is the best for the less technically literate?
